• Communicate sample matters

  We will reply to your inquiries and confirm samples within a day. There are four solutions: first, we can recommend the best-selling products in your country; second, proofing according to your design drawings; third, proofing according to your samples; fourth, if you do not have design drawings but have customized requirements, we can design drawings and proofs according to your requirements.

• Arrange sample preparation

  Make samples according to the scheme you choose. Generally, the sample preparation time is 3-5 days; if the sample is customized, the production time depends on the actual design drawings.

• Sample confirmation

  Samples will be sent to you by international express delivery after they have been made. We will take photos to confirm the products before sending them to you. Only after you agree will we send them out. International express delivery usually takes 3-5 days, and may take longer in remote urban areas.

• Order confirmation

  After you place the formal order, we will reply PI to you within 16 hours (including our company information and bank account information). Before confirming PI, we will confirm the product information (such as whether a logo is needed) and packaging information (our quotation defaults to the unit price of the product, if you have color box packaging, the price various according to your color box design text), price terms (e.g. EXW or FOB...)

• Mass production

  Mass production will be arranged after we confirm that your deposit arrives. The mass production cycle is 4 weeks. Delivery time will be extended to 5 weeks if product is made of genuine leather or special materials that need customization.

• Packing confirmation

  If you have your own packaging design, we can make packaging boxes according to your design drawings and then we can provide product packaging services. If you purchase packing materials in China yourself, you can send them to us for packing.

• Inspection

  We have professional quality inspectors inspecting every finished product to ensure that each of your products is qualified; you can also send your own quality inspectors or third parties to our company for inspection.

• Shipment

  We will arrange shipment after the final payment of the order arrives (electric payment normally takes 4 working days to arrive, please arrange the final payment in advance reasonably). If the order quantity is less than 3K, we suggest you choose international express delivery, we will provide you with the most suitable and preferential price given by express company. If the order quantity is over 3K, you can choose air or cargo delivery. You can ask your own forwarder or we can recommend it for you.

• Logistics tracking

  After shipment, we will provide you with logistics tracking information as soon as possible. If you choose international express delivery, we will provide you with the express bill number; if you take air transport, we will provide you with the flight number information documents; if you choose bulk cargo shipment, we will provide the ship name and voyage information documents.

• After-sale guarantee

  When you receive the goods, if you are satisfied with the quality of products, please give us positive feedback, we will strive to be the best; if you feel that the quality of products needs to be improved, please also contact us and inform us, we will improve according to your requirements. If the goods do not match your order, we will resend the right products for you.
